Fear of Public Speaking

As you will read in my other posts, I once had a pretty severe fear of public speaking. It got to the point where I would fake illness to get out of giving presentations. This was after one particularly bad public speaking episode, where my mind went blank and I was shaking and blushing up on the stage looking like a fool.

I went to my doctors who sent me to a psychologist, who wanted me to come back every week for 12 weeks for a form of therapy. I didn’t want to do that, plus my insurance wouldn’t cover it so no way was I paying for it.
Public Speaking Cheat Package ImageI researched on the internet and came across various products. Most of them would tell me how to improve my public speaking by memorising my speech, taking deep breathes, relaxing, knowing my audience. I did not see how doing any of these things would help me at all. Then I came across a product called the public speaking cheat. It sounded exactly what I was after. I didn’t have a fear of speaking; I could do that easily… I had a fear of feeling and showing my fear when getting up in public… if that makes any sense at all.The methods described in the package range from describing a variety of medicines(if you’re happy to go down that road) or vitamins/herbs (if you’re not happy to go down that road..) to help with limiting the symptoms of public speaking anxiety.
I purchased the book and took what he described as the most beneficial medical product. It wasn’t an addictive medication, one you have to take every day, or even one with even any noticeable side effects. It just stops you from entering ‘fight or flight’ mode. Although it is usually doctor prescribed, it’s not a controlled drug so I was able to buy it online
without going to my doctor. Although from reading other peoples experiences doctors are more than happy to prescribe it once they not what you will be using it for, and they even acknowledge that it will be useful in that circumstance. So I received it the very next day, but had to wait a couple of weeks before I had a chance to do another presentation.
This time, the presentation went off without a hitch. I had no fear at all. I used all the other resources publicspeakingcheat provided me with in order to deliver a great speech. Using these additional methods, combined with the ‘cheat’, I gave a presentation I didn’t think I was capable of doing. Everyone commented on how well I presented. Someone even came up to me for advice after, asking how I do it without looking so nervous. She said she is always so visible nervous when giving a speech, and wanted to know how I did it without looking nervous at all…. I was too embarrassed to say I how I did it so easy, so just said it took a lot of practice. It’s my little secret the real reason.

Ever since then I no longer am afraid to speak in public. All it took was one successful presentation to get over my fear. I no longer enter fight or flight syndrome, because I know speaking in public is something I can easily do.

The public speaking cheat book provides you with all the details of several ‘cheats’. I won’t go into what they are, as you really need to do the research yourself or read the book to work out which one is best for you. i.e if you want a natural remedy or doctor prescribed, and how to ensure the doctor will actually give you what you need rather than sending you to a psychologist.
The additional material also really helped once I got over the fear. There were four videos I worked through, as well as a number of books included. They all work together to form the ultimate package.
I’m giving a best man speech in a couple of months and I absolutely cannot wait. In my previous life, this is something I would have tried to get out of at any lengths.

Overall, if you want to get over your fear of public speaking, I can recommend you read the public speaking cheat, and use the methods and resources provided. You will be speaking like a superstar in no time.

Finally found a review think you’re the only one who reviewed the book . wasn’t sure if should purchase or not, sounded exactly what I needed but wanted to hear other people’s opinion first.
Was definitely worth the money feels so good not being afraid of having to give an impromptu speech anymore :)

Phobia or fear is a natural phenomena. Ican’t be cared by any therapy even psychological dose. In fact a group of men or women little or large scares the speaker. It’s the speaker’s lack of confidence of matching words with the flow of thought. If thought and speech go together, public fear has no meaning. In my opinion we need to do exercises on matching thought and speech. This practice avoids vagaries including therapy. However the option of therapeutic doses as described are certainly an alternative view point which is gaining traction

Hi Josh thanks for the website as i too suffer from public speaking fear. Can someone let me know if i buy the book how long it will take me to get over my fear? I have a speech next week and it’s all i can think about and know i will look like an idiot because of nerves when i get up there. Thanks

Hi Courtney

The book really does show you how you can get over your fear immediately. The methods involve either going to your doctors and asking for a specific adrenalin blocking medication which they are happy to prescribe as it is not like xanax or anything addictive or dangerous, going to a health shop and getting some of the herbal ingredients, or ordering online which is usually next day delivery anyway. There’s also a video course which is really helpful in addition to the ‘cheat’. Let me know how you go and goodluck!

Hi Sophi

Thanks for the comment, unfortunately I’m not sure how legal it would be to give away the book for free but maybe if you can’t afford it have a read of some of the other tips on my site?

I agree with the other comments. I could not even get up in front of a crowd due to my public speaking fear. Thanks to the methods described in the public speaking cheat I was able to deliver a presentation today for college. I was not afraid of speaking, I was afraid of having a panic attack or something when I was up there and this really helped. Thanks for your review as it was the only one I could find, obviously not a well known method…
